Wilderness Alpacas is a family operation, founded in 1998 by Barry & Shirley Charters & Teresa Charters & Jason Cooper. Without any prior knowledge of alpacas, the Charters family poured their heart and soul into this new endeavour and quickly made it a success. The operation has grown from 4 animals to 100 strong. Every animal has their own personality and qualities; you can't help but fall in love with them! Wilderness Alpacas also has raw fiber, yarn, material, finished products, etc.
